Spa Policies
Cleanliness & Safety
The entire spa is cleaned daily. Treatment rooms and equipment are disinfected between each client. Linens are washed after each use. Clients are welcome to wear a mask — hand sanitizer and masks are available based on comfort level.

Appointments
An appointment is required for all visits and can be booked directly on our website or by calling the spa. All appointments require a $50 deposit or a credit card on file. Please arrive on time to ensure a complete experience for yourself and out of consideration for our providers. If you arrive late, your treatment will end on time to avoid delaying other clients.

Good Faith Exams
Your health and safety is our priority. A Good Faith Exam is required for any medical aesthetic treatment and is conducted by a medical doctor for the purposes of ensuring the medical aesthetic treatment is safe for each patient and there is no possible contraindication for treatment.

Feeling Sick?
If you have an appointment but are feeling ill, please call us so we can reschedule. Any client showing signs of illness may cancel without penalty and rebook no sooner than 1 week after the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
Our day revolves around you. We ask that if you cannot make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee. This applies even when rescheduling within the 24-hour window. The fee will be charged to your card on file or deducted from your pre-paid deposit.

Payment & Gratuity
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept credit cards, Cherry, and Affirm. We do not accept insurance. Gratuity is always appreciated but never required.

Refund Policy
UpLift Spa has a strict no-refund policy. All purchases, including deposits, are non-refundable. If you can no longer use a pre-paid service, we allow transfer to an in-spa account credit that does not expire.

Transfer Policy
In lieu of a refund, any remaining package may be transferred to a package of equal or lesser value. Account credits may also be transferred to another individual.
